At Circuit Performance, we want to get your gear to you as quickly and transparently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is handled, processed, and delivered.
Real-Time Inventory & Pre-Orders

In-Stock Items: We only accept orders for items that are currently in-stock and ready to ship directly from our Los Angeles warehouse. Our website clearly indicates real-time stock status so you can shop with confidence.

Pre-Orders: In some cases, we accept pre-orders for highly anticipated items arriving at our warehouse within 1 to 3 weeks. These items are clearly marked as Pre-Order, and they will ship within the specific timeframe indicated on the item description page and during checkout.

Out-of-Stock Items: If an item you want is currently out of stock, you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page. We will automatically email you as soon as it becomes available.

🇺🇸 Contiguous United States (Lower 48)

Orders Over $49: Qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

Orders Under $49: Incur a nominal shipping fee, which is calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address.
🌎 International & Non-Contiguous Locations
We proudly ship to international destinations and non-continental US locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Shipping rates and estimated transit times for these locations are calculated in real-time during checkout.

Please note: International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or broker fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Expedited Shipping Policy
When you select an expedited shipping method (e.g., FedEx 2Day), we guarantee that we will hand your package over to the carrier using that specific expedited method.
However, because shipping carriers do not reimburse us for carrier-side delays, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only.
⚠️ Important Note: Shipping fees are completely non-refundable once an item has left our Los Angeles warehouse, even if the carrier experiences a delay in transit.
Multi-Box Shipments & Tracking
When ordering multiple items **especially wheels** your order will often arrive in multiple packages.

Don't panic if your first delivery doesn't contain your full order!
- We only ship complete orders, but it's not uncommon for packages to get separated and arrive a day or two apart.

We will provide you with a single Master Tracking Number. When you plug this number into the carrier's website, it will link you to the status, tracking, and delivery progress of all associated packages in your shipment.
